- Stand tall on the petals keeping your
back straight. As you become more accustomed to the
trainer you can use other body positions to target
different muscle groups.
- Stay in control while you develop
good rhythm and balance.
- Increase your workout intensity only
to the point where you remain in
control.

sway or wobble then stop and use a different
machine.
